Becklyn is excited to release the Term 4 Training Calendar

With a mixture of face to face training and webinars, we believe we have created a calendar that caters for both new and experienced OSHC staff.

 

Webinars

A webinar is a fantastic option to offer self paced training to your team, allowing you to maximise the number of staff you are training without the hassle of juggling a time and location that suits everyone.

 

Face to Face Training

Our face to face training caters for the whole centre.

We offer courses that develop the skills of your entire team as well as courses aimed at assisting your Senior Educators in taking on more responsibility.

What to Bring

Educators should bring with them a pen, paper for notes and any relevant documentation used at the Centre for feedback purposes.

Educators are expected to abide by the hosting Centre’s policies and procedures and ensure they sign in and out on the designated attendance documentation.

 

Terms and Conditions

Making a Booking

 

Bookings are made online using the appointment button below and should be made at least two weeks prior to the course start date. Course cut off dates, appear on the Training Calendar.

Any bookings required after this time will only be accepted should there be places available. For any further information on training courses please contact us via email – training@becklyn.com.au or phone.

Webinar bookings will appear at the commencement of each month, if you would like to make a booking please add this to the next available month.


Cancelling a Booking

Bookings for Face to Face training must be cancelled by 9:00 am, two weeks prior to the course start date. After this time, the course is be chargeable.

After the no-cancel date has passed, if one of your educators is unable to attend the training they can be replaced by another educator however the booking cannot be cancelled without the full course cost being charged.

If name changes are to take place please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update details to ensure accurate certificates are issued.

Any cancellations/changes to attendees must be made in writing via email to training@becklyn.com.au

Webinar bookings are considered final at the time the booking is made.

Course Cancellation

Becklyn P/L reserves the right to cancel courses should they not meet minimum attendance requirements. In the event of a course cancellation by Becklyn P/L, there will be no charge to any Centre who has made a booking and Becklyn P/L will endeavour to reschedule the course where possible.

Making a Payment

Following the no-cancel date, Centres will be issued an invoice prior to each course.

Invoices are to be paid within a week of the issue date.
