How disruptive would a compliance audit be to our centre operations?

Under normal circumstances, minimal. It is not the intention for an OSHC compliance consultant to be intrusive, but sometimes physical compliance audits can obviously occassionally interupt or co-exist with daily activities. For the most part, logical OSHC audits are less intrusive and tend to be focused on assessing documention and processes.

What happens if the OSHC audit highlights some compliance or process issues?

Our OSHC auditor reports on all aspects of the audit and, depending on the nature of any non-compliant item, will advise or assist with implementing a suitable remedy or recommend any required actions that may be needed for a succesful resoluiton.

Quality improvement can be complex, how can Becklyn help with this?
